Serving on the board is a volunteer position, and a critical one for our neighborhood of 52 households. The five board members share responsibility for tasks such as overseeing the maintenance of our sewer lines, our park and landscaping, and our perimeter wall. They manage the relationship with the state, coordinate all filings, and oversee district strategy and planning. They also coordinate neighborhood social events and the directory. They meet approximately 4 times per year.
If you have not yet served on the board, we encourage you to consider nominating yourself for the next election to be held on Tuesday, May 6, 2025. Several of the five seats will be open, and terms are either two or four years.
More information about the 2025 election will be provided as we near that election season.
